Built by a practitioner,
not a pitch deck.

Chater Consulting Services is the work of Dillon Chater — an automation specialist with years of hands-on experience delivering solutions across small businesses and large enterprise environments alike. CCS exists because the providers that most need automation are the ones least likely to see it from traditional consulting firms. That asymmetry is what the consultancy was built to fix.

Why CCS exists

The gap between enterprise automation and reality.

Layered lavender brush strokes and linework — painterly illustration of hands-on craft

Enterprise consultancies assume internal IT teams, six-figure budgets, and patience for six-month transformation programmes. Specialist care-sector boutiques set a $5M revenue floor. A 5-to-150 person provider — the exact operator most squeezed by rising wage costs and tightening price arrangements — ends up told they are too small for both. CCS is built for the operator left between.

Fixed-fee. Outcome-scoped. Sector-fluent. SCHADS-literate. Enterprise rigour delivered in a model small providers can actually afford, in a language that respects how frontline work runs.

Technology

Multi-platform on purpose.

Single-platform consultancies sell whichever tool they already know. We stay deliberately multi-platform so the right tool for the problem is available, not the convenient one.

Power Automate

Cloud and desktop flows for Microsoft 365 environments, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.

UiPath

Robotic process automation for systems without APIs, including legacy desktop software and browser-only workflows.

Microsoft Azure

Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Cognitive Services, and identity management through Entra ID.

Applied AI

Document intelligence, extraction, classification, and task automation with modern large language models.
