Yes. The build is usually done within a day. The rest of the window is DNS propagation — the internet takes a few hours to notice your new site lives somewhere different.
Do you do ecommerce / online stores?
Yes, but not at $500. Online stores start higher because there's payment setup, product management, and shipping logic. Get in touch and we'll quote it.
I don't have any photos or copy. Can you still build it?
Yes. We'll pull stock imagery that fits your trade and write your copy from a short brief. It adds a bit of time but not much. Always better if you've got real photos though.
Where's my website actually hosted?
On Netlify — fast, reputable infrastructure used by plenty of serious businesses. As part of the build we set up a Netlify account in your name, deploy the site, and hand you the keys. You own the account. Netlify's free tier covers most small-business sites, so you're typically not paying anything for hosting ongoing. We can advise on hosting options if you have specific requirements, but we don't bill you for hosting — that's between you and your provider.
What if I need changes later?
Small changes are easy and cheap (or free on a monthly retainer if you want one). Bigger changes are quoted up front — same fixed-price model. No hourly clock.
Do you work with businesses outside my area?
We work with anyone, anywhere in Australia. The whole thing is remote. You don't even need to meet us in person if you don't want to.
Do I own the site?
Completely. Your domain, your content, your site. We don't lock you into anything. Month-to-month if you want ongoing support; zero commitment if you don't.
